How do I take my dental impressions?
Once you place an order, we ship a professional mold kit to your door with easy-to-follow instructions. Simply take your impressions and mail them back to our London studio using the prepaid label provided.
What materials are used for London Grillz?
We use only premium materials, including 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold, as well as surgical-grade stainless steel and VVS dental-set stones for our iced-out options.
How long does it take to receive my custom grillz?
The standard production time is 7-14 business days from the moment we receive your dental impressions at our lab. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Can I eat or drink while wearing my grillz?
We strongly recommend removing your grillz before eating, drinking, or smoking to maintain the luster of the metal and prevent any dental hygiene issues.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, London Grillz ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific destination.
What is your return policy on custom orders?
Because each piece is custom-made to fit your unique dental structure, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a fit guarantee and will adjust your piece if it does not fit perfectly.
