At London Grillz, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our products, please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with security seals intact.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the jewelry in its original London Grillz display box and protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our London-based inspection facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
